My name is Darby Pilgrim, and I am very excited to be your Media Specialist again this year. Before becoming a librarian, I was a classroom teacher for 15 years. My experience ranges from Kindergarten - 8th grade. I have been a self-contained elementary teacher, a gifted and talented facilitator, and a middle school math teacher. I have proudly been a Frenship Tiger since 2017. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Wayland Baptist University in 1999. In May 2019, I graduated with my Master's Degree in Library Science from the University of North Texas. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Luke, and two children, Cameron and Landry. I love to read and am currently serving on the Texas Bluebonnet Award selection committee. Being a librarian is my dream job, and I am thrilled to be a Frenship Tiger!
