Hi! My name is Carrol Ruiz and I am the second grade dual language teacher at Willow Bend this year. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2013. I have 11 years of experience in bilingual education. I am married and have two kids! I'm excited for a new school year! Go Tigers!
