New Housing Development Breaks Ground in Wolfforth to Assist with Frenship Growth

The development is slated to include over 2,500 homes and is estimated to bring in 1,000 new students to the Frenship district once the buildout is complete.

At the groundbreaking ceremony Frenship Superintendent Dr. Michelle McCord spoke about the growth of Frenship and the Wolfforth community.

“Betenbough does more than build houses,” McCord said. “They build communities, and I think that is what we do at Frenship, too. We don’t build schools; we are building communities.”

Betenbough Homes President Cal Zant spoke about how Frenship is a “highly desirable” school district and that for three decades, Betenbough has believed in and invested in Frenship schools.

“We have built over 4,000 homes in Frenship ISD,” Zant said. “It has been a great partnership for us, and we are excited to continue it here at Harvest.”
