Hi! My name is Carrol Ruiz and I am the second grade dual language teacher at Willow Bend this year. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2013. I have 10 years of experience in bilingual education. I've taught 1st and 3rd grade dual language in another school district and I'm so excited to be a part of Frenship ISD this year! Go Tigers!
