I have been in education since 1993 and a Dyslexia Therapist since 2007 - I couldn't think of anything more that I'm absolutely passionate about!

I am a big proponent of kids and love to see them conquer the bumps in the road on their way to success.

I am a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University (Bachelors & Masters) and completed my CALT certification at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas.  I am a life-long learner! 

I am serving as President of the Alpha Sigma chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma which is a service organization for women educators.

Travel, cooking, sports, and reading are my favorite activities.

Faith, family, and my dogs (Gus & Newt) are my loves.
